Have you ever wondered why some days you feel full of energy and confidence whereas other days you feel down, distressed and anxious? Does a thought sometimes cross your mind asking how some people appear very positive and happy and seem to master any challenge with ease?
You are not the only one who is having those thoughts and you may not yet have discovered all the sources within you which enable you to live your life to the fullest potential.
What does it mean to live your life to the fullest potential? What is the secret behind a positive attitude and going about things courageously? The answer is simple. The doing is not.
The seed is the thought or as Buddha would say “What we think, we become. All that we are is the result of what we have thought. We ourselves attract the positive or the negative. Now if we hold such power within our thoughts why don’t we use them for what we actually want to achieve and which direction we would like to give our life’s. Why don’t we just focus on the things we would like to enter into our lives and how we want to be.
Every day we have the opportunity to choose: our attitude, our attention, our interaction with others, our accountability, our self-awareness. That’s the doing. We start all over with the beginning of each new day. It's not just about doing, but BEING.
