About the teacher:
Yoga came into Rose's life ten years ago and with a background already deeply rooted in the healing arts, yoga blended in seamlessly. Rose followed her love of yoga and completed a 500 hour certified yoga teacher training program at Yoga Vermont, which changed her life forever. She is an E-RYT200/RYT500 instructor with Yoga Alliance in the areas of Vinyasa, Flow, Yin, Ashtanga & Hatha Yoga. Rose combines her areas of expertise in holistic wellness to offer a unique opportunity for yoga students to explore and expand their practice, including pranayama, meditation, aromatherapy, yogic and ayurvedic principles. Rose leads classes which focus on movement with breath and mind-body connection as a vehicle to bring overall wellbeing, leaving one feeling grounded and at ease.
