Organic Freekah Taboule: freekah grain, basil, parsley, scallions, onion, mushroom, tomato, olive oil, lemon, sea salt, cracked pepper.
Boil 1 cup dry freekah (3 cups cooked) for 15 minutes
Chop veggies and add to freekah once it has cooled. Add sea salt, olive oil or avacado oil.
Enjoy.
