New creation from the Zen Den Holistic Wellness, Inc. kitchen - Organic Freekah Taboule: freekah grain, basil, parsley, scallions, onion, mushroom, tomato, olive oil, lemon, sea salt, cracked pepper.

High fiber, high protein delicious dish, packed with selenium, magnesium, zinc, iron & potassium. The veggies add vitamins A, B, C, D & K as well as manganese, calcium, folate, niacin, riboflavin & tryptophan.

*Note: this is not a gluten free meal. Freekah is young green wheat that has been toasted and cracked.
