All organic breakfast: Gluten free oats, berries, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, shredded coconut, cherry & rhubarb jam, coconut milk, flax and lots of love ❤🙏 what's so special about these ingredients? Let me break down each one here:
OATS: high in dietary fiber and great for Gastro-intestinal health, lowers bad cholesterol 
CHIA SEEDS: loaded with antioxidants, lots of fiber and lots of protein
MIXED BERRIES: each individual berry has its own unique nutritional value and benefit, however overall these berries are high in antioxidants, fiber and Vitamin C
FLAX: rich source of dietary fiber, manganese, vitamin B1, and the essential fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid aka Omega-3
PUMPKIN SEEDS: magnesium, manganese, copper, protein, zinc, phytosterols and free-radical scavenging antioxidants to keep cells healthy
COCONUT: healthy fat essential for lubrication of joints and healthy skin
