Juicing is the process of extracting juice from plant tissues such as fruit or vegetables.
When done at home people use a juicer or a variable-speed, motor-driven device.
Besides being used to detox, cleanse and for a healthy diet, juicing can maximize nutrient intake, fight certain diseases according to the ingredients and strengthen cellular defense against free radicals.
It can also just be a delicious change in your daily diet. I’ve been trying out different green juicing recipes recently and was surprised by the fresh and flavorful taste.
