Raw honey from a friends fallen tree, which had an enormous hive in it. Honey has been used since ancient times as both food and medicine. Apiculture, the practice of beekeeping to produce honey, dates back to at least 700 BC. Honey has been regarded as sacred for centuries. Raw, unprocessed honey contains antioxidants, Vitamin B's, Vitamins A, C, D, E and K, as well as minerals and trace elemts such as magnesium, sulfur, phosphorus, iron, calcium, potassium, iodine, sodium, copper and manganese. Honey also contains enzymes and hormones. It is very important for our immune system. This wonder-food is great for sore throats, wound healing, burns, cataracts, skin ulcers, sores and scrapes. Honey is antibacterial and anti-inflammatory. Honey has the ability to give a boost in energy, strengthen muscles, refresh nerves, sharpen the mind and help with sleeping soundly. Bees are life. Let's make sure to take care of the bees 🙏 Namaste
